Where is Local Pick up?
You can pick up your order at Local Farmers Markets in Lees Summit and Independence Missouri on Saturdays. For detailed info choose local pick up at check out. The Salsas are now available in stores around the metro for details go to store locator.
How do I heat up Tamales?
Included with your order are heating instructions.For best results, wrap single tamales in a sandwich bag before heating or use a wet paper towel.
How long are Tamales good for?
When stored in the refrigerator, refrigerated tamales can maintain their quality for one week. On the other hand, frozen tamales can stay good for up to six months when stored in the freezer. All the tamales are fully cooked.
How long is the bottled Salsa good ?
Our salsas undergo thermal processing in order to maintain a shelf life of up to 18 months. After opening, the salsa can be refrigerated and will remain fresh for 2-4 weeks.
Stubborn Salsa Jar Hack
When bottling our salsas, a thermal processing method is utilized to create a strong vacuum seal. As a result, opening the salsa jar can be challenging. Watch this video for a helpful hack to break the seal, allowing you to savor our delicious salsa.
