Independence Winefest 2026
Independence WinefestSeptember 12 from 1-6pm
The Independence Uncorked Wine Festival will be held on September, 12th, 2026 from 1:00pm-6:00pm on the grounds of the Historic Bingham-Waggoner Estate in Independence, MO. Independence Uncorked is the largest Missouri wine festivals in the state featuring 25 Missouri wineries sampling several of their wines, a guest spirits distiller, a cidery and 2400 attendees. The day will also feature art, music, beer, food booths including Palomino's Salsa & Tamales and wine classes. The event is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Eastern Independence.

Jazzoo 2026
Jazzoo was a wonderful past event, and our family-owned Palomino's Salsa and Tamales was proud to be part of the celebration! The crowd loved our handcrafted tamales — especially the chicken, pork, and jalapeño and cheese varieties. Thank you to everyone who came by, shared the joy, and helped make this unforgettable evening so special!

City of Entrepreneurs @ Union Station
The City of Entrepreneurs was a joyful five-week event celebrating local makers, and although this special gathering has now passed, we’re grateful to have been part of it. Our handcrafted, family-owned, woman- and minority-owned business, Palomino’s Salsa and Tamales, was featured alongside many talented local food vendors.
Guests enjoyed our beloved Green Chile Chicken and Red Chile Pork tamales, along with our award-winning salsas—made with the care and flavor our family is proud to share.
